I'd been putting this off for far too long and so glad I finally called! Ben let me know when he was on his way, arrived on time, and was in/out within an hour. Took me longer to vacuum! I had carpeted stairs, small landing, large landing, and 3 bedrooms cleaned. I'm not sure if the carpet had ever been professionally cleaned and we had pet stains and wear and tear. They came out so good!! Checked before he left but there was one stain that I didn't notice til after and he offered to come back to take care of it. Super happy!

I used Enviroclean for carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, and tile/grout cleaning. Ben the technician was right on time and was very courteous. He did an excellent job on all areas and removed all the stains from the carpets. I was particularly impressed by the tile/grout cleaning where my 20 year old grout looks like new again. I will use Enviroclean for my fire carpet and tile needs.

I had tried to get carpet cleaned a couple of time this year but nothing worked out. Now at Christmas and my floors are still dirty. I called and got in for today 12/29. My son works nights and gets up around 3pm. I scheduled the appt for 3pm today. They were running early but i couldn't let them come until 3. There were prompt, friendly and cleaned my carpet so well they look new. Thanks for working on my schedule. We have had a death on the family so it was more important to get it done quickly. Will use again
