I have been a customer for 12 years. At one point in time they serviced two of my properties, until one was sold. Excellent customer service, with installing state of the art alarm systems.

They were very helpful in setting it up and training us on it. About a year later I accidentally forgot to disarm it before I took the dog for his morning walk. The police were there when I got home. Emergency Systems actually called me when they saw the alarm on their end to make sure I was OK. She gave me tips on how to keep that from happening again. Thay are very personable and helpful.
