Kept getting no shows from local contractors, so I called Remarkable Roofing & Construction in Knoxville. Misty was a pleasure to talk with and had someone out to look at the house in a couple days, gave me an estimate and then Orvin showed up a week later to do all the siding repairs. Prices were reasonable and Orvin did a great job on installing water barrier and siding to seal out the elements. Definitely recommend RR & Const for exterior home repairs.

We made contact with Dusty and his team at remarkable roofing following a sever storm that caused significant roof damage to our home. We were trying to go through our insurance company and Dusty worked very hard on our behalf but the insurance company had other ideas on what covered damage meant. After our interaction with the insurance company I spoke with Dusty at length on a total replacement of our roof and what the cost would be. Dusty walked me through the process and never pushed unnecessary work and was completely open and honest. His crew arrived a few weeks later as scheduled and completed their work in a timely manner and showed great care when performing their work. They even took time to make sure every dropped nail was removed from our yard. The office staff was exceptional to deal with and helped us select the best materials for the job. They answered our questions and provided us with financing options that worked for our budget. I'm very thankful to the team at remarkable roofing. We love our roof and sleep very well knowing it was done correctly by a truly professional company.

I was referred to Remarkable Roofing for a leak that I initially thought was a roofing issue. When they came to take a look and provide an estimate, they showed me, with many pictures, that it was actually a siding issue that had persisted long enough to cause the problem with the roof. At this point, I thought I would need to find someone else or that the cost would be too high. To my surprise, they said they could tackle the whole job. They provided an estimate within a couple of days, which I felt was extremely reasonable.As a handy person, I typically opt to "do-it-myself" to save money. However, between the reasonable quote and my reluctance to work on my roof, I agreed with the service plan and moved on to scheduling. I was rescheduled a couple of times due to weather, but once the work was completed, I was provided with documentation of the repair. They did a great job, were mindful of my wife's newly planted flowers that were in the way of the safest roof access, and didn't leave any mess behind.I hope to never need their services again, but they would be at the top of my list for who to call. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of roofing repair or replacement.

I used Remarkable Roofing two years ago for a new roof and I was very pleased with the work and time it took to get done. I had to call a couple months back for what I thought was a roofing issue. They sent someone out to inspect and verified that it was not the roof but another issue that was caused by replacing my windows. Even though it was not the roof, the person that came out fixed the issue anyway at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

After a severe storm in August 2023 slammed through our property, we had tremendous tree damage that included damage to the roof of our house, a portion of the soffit, fascia board and guttering. After calling many different individuals and companies - none of which could do the complete task - we contacted RRC. Whew! what a relief! We already had a great State Farm insurance agent helping us and she was familiar with RRC and was glad to work with their agent, Dusty. Finally, they did a walk through of the roof and property, State Farm granted all the repairs that were needed and RRC's carpentry, roofing staff coordinated the repair efficiently and expertly. And their policy is to simply accept payment for the job according to what the insurance granted. (Of course we had to pay our deductible.) Anyway, I can't express our gratitude enough!

Originally hired Remarkable Roofing & Construction for repair work around my chimney and flashing around plumbing vents. Everything was done professionally and done well. Many months later, my roof suffered severe damage from a wind storm and was diagnosed as a total loss by insurance claim inspection/adjuster. Through the replacement process, I simply contacted Remarkable Roofing & Construction because of the original work quality. There was no need for me to call around because I already knew of the quality of work and also my insurance was covering everything. That last part is important as I didn't shop around for the cheapest contractor and can't supply a frame of reference for any cost comparison. I can only speak about the quality of work that the roofers did specifically and the ease of the process. I will say two things that made it difficult. One was the timing of everything as the process, however simple, was lengthy. This to me was understandable because of the many factors involved, the different parties, and insurance being involved. It was an understandable inconvenience. Now the second part is a rough one and I hope the business reads this. The electricians or whoever was on that end did some repair work and it was completed like a legal matter. How quick, cheap, and just get done to leave the work is awful. The guys from the electrician even straight up said to me it wasn't worth their time for the simple repair because they have so many big jobs. They did terrible and I hope Remarkable Roofing & Construction never contracts with those people again. But the roofing work was on point and also those guys painted my shutters so the roofers are cool.
