I’ve had the privilege to work with RCC(Mike) throughout the last several years from a few different perspectives. We have teamed up on several projects where we needed siding replaced, roofs replaced, and even as far as removing windows and putting doors in. There is no one else I would refer in the central Minnesota area for a general contractor other than Mike. His attention to detail, communication skills, and professionalism is not something you come across often in construction. When we remodeled my own my personal home, RCC(Mike) was my first and only call. The work was done right the first time, and even offered suggestions on how to help fix the venting with my roof. Mike and his team renovated our 1886 building fall of 2025 and early spring 2026. It was truly a pleasure working with him and his team. Everyone was so nice and we were impressed with all of their attentions to detail. Clean up was great as well. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this project went. It was not easy for a 140 year old building. Very impressed customer.
