The tint work itself met expectations, but the service was not exemplary. I booked an appointment for 3PM on a Saturday. I arrived around 2:55, and according to their website, was assured that services should take no longer than an hour and a half. This is entirely reasonable for a professional window tinting service. I have worked in the tint/wrap/PPF industry, a functional tint job on a compact sedan should take 30-45 minutes. Was told that they were "Slightly behind schedule" upon arrival, sure, no problem. It happens. Walked across the street to a cafe for well over an hour, by the time I come back, car was finally inside the building. Technician notifies me that it's going to take longer to do my car because "there is tint and glue residue on the inside of the windows." There was some scotch tape reside from a for-sale sign that was left in the back glass and one single piece of old tint on a rear window that was 2 inches long. I was assured 3 times by two different people that the car would get done by 5:30PM. Another 1.5hr later (and 30 minutes after the business was supposed to be closed) I got my car back. Was not offered any sort of discount or apology for the total lack of transparency regarding the schedule that was being operated on. What is the point of offering appointments if you can't honor them? I barely made it to an evening event that I had scheduled. Not to mention the waiting area is a mess and needs to be cleaned badly. The bathroom is a wreck. Not sure if the place has changed ownership recently or something but I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you can make arrangements to drop off and return the next day. Otherwise the tint itself was fine but the manner in which business is carried out is far from professional or honorary.
