I have been using them for many years. If you deal with big pharmacy chains, please stop. Howard's will take care of you. They even contact your doctor if there's a problem. It's awesome you don't have to do that personally. When you are unable to get out and pick up your medications, they will deliver them! Let's give them all the business we can. I recently got insurance and found out I was paying for prescriptions I didn't have to. The staff quickly assured me they could help and seemingly took me under their wing. I have not paid for my prescription again. They are always quick to fill my meds, and I have never had to wait. Plus, their automated system when calling is easy to navigate and quick to give you to a human if that is your desire. It sure is mine. I'd recommend this pharmacy for its down-home qualities mixed in with a high level of professionalism. Less

Love this drug store and pharmacy tech is awesome I have been very proud to be a customer with you guys and I will refer anyone to this pharmacy!!!!okay I have had a terrible experience with this drug store yesterday July 21 2022 I kathy perkins called to get a perception filled for a anxiety medicine I don't have any transportation to get there even though I just live down the street from the drug store but I'm a 69 year old woman with health issues(heart problems) heart failure so I sent a friend to pick up my medicine they never said anything to me on phone that I had other medications there they did send a note with my medicine did I need the 2 medicines that was there apparently for me but before I could call them and ask about the others someone there took it upon themselves to call my heart Dr and tell them that I was not picking up my meds that all I was getting was pain medication???well for one thing I don't get any pain medication??? And I didn't know that I had any medicine there to even pick up so one thing is why wasn't I informed when i called to get the anxiety medicine filled that I had other medications there??? But I will never go there again because someone may call my Dr and tell on me and the worst thing is that they lied!!! This is not acceptable in my eyes if I was really doing something bad I would say okay u got me but I know and God knows that I'm not doing anything wrong but I wanted people to know that u never know if it's going to happen to you!!! Next I truly loved this drug store i thought that the staff there was okay myself but whoever called my Dr on me thank you for making me see what kind of people work there and how people can be so vicious to tell lies on u !!!!Sorry Chad we worked at mahle together when u was just a young guy and I am so proud of u for your being a successful business man. It was a Sunday 2 years ago. Our son got released from childrens hospital. We thought we wouldn’t get his meds til Monday They called us and said come get it when you can. We thought he might need this. That’s a hometown pharmacy. They care about us. Less

I've been a customer Howard's Pharmacy for 30 plus years I have always loved the staff and have felt like family. Some doctors want you to change to a bigger chain Walmart Walgreens CVS Etc however I have always fought 2 keep Howard's because they are detailed with your medication if one counteracts the other they will definitely let you know I absolutely love love love the people at Howard's Pharmacy and I'm not even related they are well worth their weight in gold old school good people even the younger ones . I have been using Howard’s Pharmacy since I was a teen. The staff are very nice and helpful! I know within the past couple of months ownership has changed hands and there are a few new faces, but the service is still great and helpful! I am glad there have been some technology updates that make refills easier and more convenient so that I can use an app to request a refill if I forget to call during regular hours. Less

I love this pharmacy. I've been using it for 25 yrs or more. However, the hours of operation are incorrect on google. I just drove from my home on the east end to the west end to the pharmacy and arrived at 2:20. The hours online say they close at 3 on Saturdays, but the door at the pharmacy says they close at 2. Gas is over $4 a gallon, so I was frustrated, for sure. Less
