I have been seeing Dr. Wallace for about 10 years. He and his staff are top notch. I've had back problems my entire adult life, and had a really bad case of sciatica. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but I needed to do something. In only a couple of weeks of treatment, my sciatica completely went away. I gained flexibility in my back that I hadn't had since I was a kid. I now go once every couple of weeks to keep my flexibility going, as I can feel my back starting to tighten up if I wait longer. I have been waiting my whole life to find out about Dr. Wallace at Carroll Chiropractic! For me, finding a good chiropractor was a trial and error process. I have tried out a good handful of chiropractors throughout my life, but I never felt like I was getting the depth of care that I really needed. A friend of mine who had recently started going to Carroll Chiropractic strongly suggested I try out Dr. Jeffrey Wallace. I was impressed from the very beginning, as I had never before been to a chiropractor where I had been seen for more than 5-10 minutes. Dr. Wallace was incredibly thorough, and my first visit was spent going over my health history, and receiving x-rays. We discussed my day-to-day body mechanics, holding patterns, and he did some muscle testing to determine my specific strengths, weaknesses, and idiosyncrasies. He also took the time to go over the x-rays with me personally, and in that time I learned things about my spine that I was not aware of. Dr. Wallace has a very gentle disposition and puts you at ease. He is very skilled in Manual Coordination and his adjustment was gentle, incredibly thorough, and precise. I left feeling wonderful, but also feeling more knowledgeable about what was going on with me personally. I live an hour away from his office, but the level of care is well worth the drive. Instead of treating just one aspect of pain, he and his staff create an entire care plan on how to improve the structure of your body as a whole, and decrease pain at the source significantly, and for the long term--versus the Band-Aid approach. As a medical professional I have to say that I have a higher expectation when I visit offices as a patient and I am a bit more wary as well. With that being said, I was very nervous to go to a chiropractor here in Maryland because I was so new to the state that I did not know where to go. So I googled chiropractors around my home and found Carroll Chiropractic and Sports Injury Center. I have been going since October and for the first time in 4 years I have had days without any pain from my accident. (I have not even had a day without pain before seeing them.) I have seen both Dr. Wallace and Dr. Neddo and I really could not tell you which I like better. I saw Dr. Wallace originally and have seen Dr. Neddo on days that Dr. Wallace has not been in the office, and to be honest I like to be treated by both because they adjust me differently, and both have helped me tremendously. Both doctors will take the time to listen to concerns and answers to their questions. In fact, the staff does as well and in this day and age this is getting harder and harder to find. When I had my wisdom teeth out and could not lay on my stomach on the adjusting table they both found ways to fully adjust me without putting pressure on my jaw or having me lay on my stomach. Less

I first came to Carroll Chiropractic when I was 18, suffering from shooting pains that started in my middle back and wrapped around my rib cage. I would call them "breathing attacks", I thought this pain was just a part of life, I didn't know why I had it or what would fix it. When I would get pain I would try to hold my breath because it would hurt like a stabbing pain in my ribs. My mom had a gift certificate to Carroll Chiropractic so I called and made an appointment. I figured it was worth a try. Dr. Wallace explained that it was a pinched nerve in my midback, and I started treatment that day. He took x-rays and then I got adjusted. I was nervous at first because I had never been adjusted before and was scared, but it was fine, felt good actually. I then went and had some therapy modalities, which felt really good as well. The Chiropractic Assistants use Electrodes that stimulated my muscles and relaxed them and this Massage/Roller Table that pushed on my back. I have been getting adjusted for nearly 6 years now and I don't have breathing issues anymore. I would recommend Dr. Wallace and his staff to anyone.
