I spent 12 years training at BIGLITTLE Theatre School and since starting my training at ArtsEd it has made one thing very clear. BIGLITTLE has hugely contributed to my success in gaining a place. The foundation, technique and discipline I learnt, whilst also nurturing my confidence, made the transition into drama school possible.Every teacher invests their time, patience and genuine belief in each individual, inspiring them to be more than they are and always putting the person before the performer. Not to mention the extensive connections and relations they have to industry professionals who brought the highest standards into the studio every week. However, they don’t just prepare students for drama school they prepare them for the industry and for life.For any parent considering BIGLITTLE, know that they build strong, prepared and confident young performers .I will forever be indebted to their training and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I hope they know how grateful I am, and how proud I am to have been trained by BIGLITTLE.

Biglittle gave me so many amazing opportunities which enabled me to grow in confidence and trust myself as a performer. Without the Biglittle I wouldn’t have had the confidence to audition for drama school.

I don’t know where to begin with my time at BIGLITTLE THEATRE SCHOOL! This past year in particular being a part of the Foundation Plus course has been absolutely incredible. All of our teachers and guests we have worked with have given us invaluable lessons and feedback on how the industry works and advice and support to help us be prepared for what’s to come. The amount of individual feedback has been amazing and I can confidently say that without this course and this school I would not have gotten into drama school. With that, I am extremely grateful and thankful that I was accepted onto this course. It has been an extraordinary year that I will never forget.

I began this year with a little under 2 years experience in performing as a whole. Zero dance training and acting/singing that could do with a good bit of work. And now, I'm going to a highly rated drama school. Never would I have even thought this would've been possible before I found BIGLITTLE. Even as an outsider joining the company for just one year of their phenomenal PDPF+, I could see instantly from my first training session that this place was going to get me to where I needed to be. Little over 3 months training, I had an offer from a drama school.The teaching staff are a delight to be taught by, the level of teaching is beyond anything I'd have imagined and it is run extraordinarily well. You are welcomed in with open arms by everyone. The friendships I have made will be for life, and not just with students either. The teachers really get to know you as a person - which allows for such a difference in training as there is more trust and a willingness to make them proud. Both inside and outside the classroom, they have your back.PDP, and specifically for me PDPF+, are a superb thing to be a part of. The experience you gain from events and shows really goes a long way - that's not even to mention the training. It is intense but fair, pushes you to your best but never over your limit and the benefits really show. You get to work with a multitude of professionals (all of which are very successful in their own careers) on a very regular basis and their own experience and advice will stick with me forever.In short, BIGLITTLE made a dream reality and I have zero doubts that others will share in this experience.

When thinking about the Big Little Foundation Plus program, where I began the year and where I finished it, I feel as though I have grown so much as a performer and as a person. It has challenged me in all three disciplines of singing, dancing and acting. Because of this fabulous program, I was able to really focus on my drama school auditions, really going in to detail of what we should expect in an audition room as well as spending lots of focused time on all of my audition pieces that I would be presenting to a panel in my auditions. This then resulted in me receiving offers from multiple drama schools one of those being my dream drama school, Emil Dale Academy! As well as all of this, we also had the opportunity to perform a piece which as a group we created consisting of creative characters, a fun story line and lots of songs which we wrote ourselves touring around several local primary schools. We had multiple amazing performance opportunities which helped us to show off what we had learnt in the past year. It gave us lots of training in our versatility as performers and it was an amazing year of working with fabulous people who are working in the musical theatre industry and I feel like I have grown so much in confidence in myself and have made some amazing friends on the way! I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone who is wanting to go in to the musical theatre industry. I feel so prepared to start drama school in September and i know that i will always have support from everyone at the Big Little theatre school in everything that i do.

Changed my life for the better, qualified me for the future and improved my singing, acting and dancing tenfold. Ultimately, if it wasn’t for foundation plus, I wouldn’t have got into drama school, and I am indebted to them for that forever.

I joined BigLittle in 2021, first just for singing lessons, and then after building confidence went on to join PDP, and then the Foundation Plus course. Without a doubt FP has been the leg up I needed for drama school auditions. I went into the process feeling confident and prepared thanks to the extra level of focus and incredible contact hours! My confidence has developed in miles, and I credit receiving multiple offers for drama school this year to the intensity and supportive nature of the training. Colin and his team are some of the best in their field, I couldn’t recommend them enough😊
