I was having a huge problem with a different storage unit for my military son. A Plus Storage is locally owned and operated, when you call someone answers and they more than willing to get all your questions answered. Dustin said we could come up and look at a unit before we made any decisions. When we came in we were promptly assisted in a clean, welcoming environment. Dustin made sure that we got a unit my son could afford and gave us all the information we would need. The paperwork was easy, and he explained all of the paperwork and fees in detail so there were no unanswered questions. I am very impressed and look forward to doing business with them!

If you need to store items…stop looking today. This company has a fair owner with a great facility and a caring staff that actually remember what serving a customer means. Do not store at the large facilities like Public Storage that are buying out Amarillo storage facilities unless you enjoy frequent rate increases without notice, it is shameful! Robert, Elias & Dustin are really exceptional! This is the first facility to call, nothing at the others even begins to compare in the overall package. The rates are the best. The service is really good. They offer the use of a trailer with tall sidewalls that support boxes and furnishings and even have snacks and drinks and a restroom to make you comfortable & welcome. They couldn’t be nicer and truly are the Best storage facility we have found in Amarillo and we talked to many before we decided. The owner is from the Panhandle and has done a great job in what has been created. Many Thanks!! Give your money to someone who is strengthening Amarillo and helping people. Shane & Debbie

After a horrible experience at another storage facility, Elias at A Plus Super storage was very helpful, and got me setup with an affordable storage unit. I appreciated being able to talk to an actual person instead of a voicemail. They also had a trailer we used to get my furniture moved in one load. Very professional happy with this choice.
