Rebecca was thorough, detailed, and made me feel informed about each piece of paper I signed during my closing. Something about her style made me want to pay attention. I enjoyed working with her.

Continental Title has consistently provided excellent service as our title company. Their communication is exceptional, ensuring that every step of the closing process is handled efficiently. We trust their expertise and appreciate their dedication to a seamless experience.

So nice to have used Continental. Would recommend to all new and repeat home owners. First class personal treatment. I had the best experience with them.

I have worked with Sandi and her team for years and I couldn’t ask for a better team to partner with. They do an amazing job keeping everyone informed for every step of the process and explain everything to each client. Every house they close, they make sure it goes as smooth as possible!

I can’t say enough good things about Sandi Witmer, and her team at Continental Title Company! My husband and I are both realtors and we highly recommend them! We have used them almost exclusively for almost 10 years. The few times we’ve had to use other companies we have noticed the difference. Their attention to detail, their thoroughness, and communication set them apart from other companies. We also appreciate their education for realtors and support for our business. They stay up to date on issues and have already implemented the new RON closing system. Be sure and give them a try for your next transaction.

Sandi Witmer is Continental Title. Sandi has three of the most important attributes required for her position. Customer service, knowledge and experience that goes over and above any other title company I have personally worked with. Sandi is always available to answer questions even after hours. In these challenging times real estate clients, agents and everyone involved is nervous. Sandi brings the solutions and the calm to the table every time. Once I hand over the contract to Sandi I know I’m done. Thank you Sandi Witmer for doing your job professionally and with customer care.

I have used Melanie as the closer for my clients since 2017. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about her! She has excellent communication, makes every transaction a breeze and if we do run into any snags along the way she has always been able and willing to assist me in getting them resolved. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I love Continental Title! I’ve closed many buyers and sellers here and I always have a great experience! They’re very knowledgeable and prompt with any issue or question that might arise. They're the best! Especially Melanie Riepe 😊

Closed a very difficult transaction with kenzie and she was on top of it the whole time! We got the deal done without having to delay closing!!! AMAZING!! So grateful

Out of 225+ homes I have helped families buy & sell, I try ALWAYS to use Continental Title because they have proven by far to be the most accurate and most helpful in getting my clients to the closing table with no problems! Continental goes above and beyond to make things right and cto correct other title companies' carelessness! I used to think title companies were all the same ... but choosing the right one is just as important as choosing the right Realtor! The right one will change your life for the better! Thank you for all of your hard work!

Best title company in the city. Always helpful and willing to do what it takes to help out
