This is our second time using Heroes movers. Today they moved our baby grand piano. They are very friendly, professional and efficient. They have a very competitive and very fair price. They show up on time and work diligently. We would highly recommend them for moving anything you deeply care about.

Heroes moving was recommended by a good friend which her brother recommended them to her. I was very impressed! They came to Reston, Va from Richmond to load up my furniture and boxes; did so expeditiously, professionally and they worked so well together. Today, they had to unload everything in my new home and provided the same services as yesterday. We hit a challenge with them moving my king mattress and the space to get the mattress in but they accepted the challenge and marched on. Got the job done!! Very impressed!! Would definitely recommend Heroes Moving!!

Unfortunately the truck had a problem and did not get to our destination until 11:00. Target time was between 8:30 - 9:30With that said the guys worked very hard to make up for lost time and were pleasant and helpful all day. This is the 6th move that Heroes has been my go to moving company and I would definitely contract with them again.

Heroes Moving & Storage is an awesome moving company. The staff in office and the crew that moved us were all very professional and so easy to work with. They made us feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. They were efficient from the beginning of the quote until the final move was completed. I will certainly use them again, without a doubt!

Best experience ever. This is a very solid family owned in business. Shout out to “Smooth” and Desmond, two of the lead movers, and the whole crew. They really make you feel like family. Lori and Corey (Duck Dynasty), her son, were great. They were not cheap, but like everything you get what you pay for.I would recommend them to anybody. The first two movers I called could not move my house because it was too big. Heroes said “no problem” and I’m glad we use them.

Hero’s Moving and Storage did an excellent job. From my initial contact ,Macy was professional, thorough well informed about the process, which made a stressful process less daunting. The team that showed up to move our belongs were on time, professional and did an excellent job disassembling some very complicated pieces of furniture. They insured that all the pieces stay together (especially the screws) and took pictures along the way, in the event that they were not the crew to unload us. We are actually storing our furniture with Hero’s, in a climate controlled environment for about a month, so I can’t speak to the end result. But if our move in experience is any thing like our move out experience, they would have significantly exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Heroes Moving and storage for you're moving needs.Update; Move in went smoothly. There was a few hick-ups with the date and time of delivery. However, Lori the dispatch manager, worked to make things right. We were able to get one of the move out team, to move us back in, which made the assembly of the furniture much easier. Can’t say enough about using this company again. As I said above, I would highly recommend Hero’s for your moving needs.

IF YOU NEED TO MOVE A PIANO, CALL THESE GUYS! Heroes Moving was recommended to us by a friend for the purpose of moving a baby grand piano. They were wonderful! Scheduling was a breeze; they were able to accommodate a move across state lines and were very flexible with days/timing. Both pick-up and drop-off of the piano were handled with care by an experienced and knowledgeable team. We hope not to move our piano again any time soon, but if we ever do I know who I'm calling.
