We used Hero’s moving services I May 2026. They arrived on time, ready to pack my apartment up and were very friendly. Used floor coverings as well as door coverings. They wrapped everything and never stopped. They then went to my partners apartment to pack him up. Meet them at our home 4 hrs later. They unpacked and set everything up. Always asking if their services were acceptable. Communication was fantastic.We highly recommend this company.P.S. I am a repeat customer.

Once again Heroes comes through with another fantastic crew! We have used Heroes on multiple occasions, but this time was a little different. Our family was in need of an unplanned move due to the death of a family member and provided same day service. We can't thank ALL of the staff involved. Their willingness to provide support alleviated a tremendous amount of undue stress during a difficult situation. We will continue to rely on Heroes in the future and cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.

We hired Heroes to move us from Arlington VA to Henrico. They subcontracted to Pedro Limache from Non Stop Movers (Northern VA) - definitely the hardest working team we have ever experienced! Just had a safe delivered by some of the coolest guys! Super friends, super professional! Got to business and had my safe out of the truck and in my house in under 30 minutes! Start to finish everyone I dealt with was very helpful!Left a voicemail Sunday, they called Monday morning! Sent the videos needed of where I wanted it and path to get there… I had a delivery date at a very affordable rate within the hour!Day before I was given a delivery window… They called my after picking up my safe from Green Top and were here smack dab in the middle of when they said they would be! All in all, I couldn’t be happier!
