We had to have the back windshield of a Jeep Wrangler replaced. A lot of places said they wouldn’t work on the jeeps. Noah at Impact auto glass went above and beyond to help us get the correct rear window. He actually had to come back a second time because the original window that was supposed to be OEM did not have the correct brackets. But he found the correct window and did a wonderful job installing it and we are very happy with his communication and professionalism.

Right from the beginning Impact Auto-Glass deserves more than 5 stars. I found the company on a google search for my area, left an inquiry message on their contact us page as it was a Sunday. I received a call on Sunday within 5 minutes. We received first class communication from beginning to end, helped with insurance, quoted a price if we did not want to use insurance as we were unsure what we wanted to do. When we decided to use the insurance (Monday), the company made the call (three-way) directly with my insurance so there was no misunderstandings and miscommunications. While the insurance company stated something, the Auto-Glass shop made sure I understood the information. I stayed on the line with the Auto-Glass shop and made my appointment right then and there. Already had an appointment for Tuesday AM. So from beginning to end it took 3 days total and was completed well within the timeframe quoted. Very nice, professional, remote (came to our place), and even can do remote calibrations for safety features. We could not have asked for a better experience. My husband and I will highly recommend then to anyone in their area of coverage.
