⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend Impact Auto Glass! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After four unsuccessful attempts to have my vehicle properly repaired through Safelite, I was beyond frustrated and decided to take my car to Gunther Volkswagen Clermont for guidance. My service representative, Frank Leones, recommended Impact Auto Glass and specifically told me to contact the owner, Noah. That recommendation completely changed my experience.Noah personally answered my call on the very first try. He took the time to listen to everything I had been through, explained his extensive experience in the auto glass industry, and immediately understood my frustration after four failed repair attempts. From that point forward, Noah took ownership of the situation. He worked directly with my insurance company, helped navigate the process, and made sure everything was handled correctly. Thanks to Noah and the Impact Auto Glass team, I was finally able to get my vehicle repaired properly. The level of professionalism, communication, knowledge, and customer service I received was outstanding. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find businesses where the owner personally gets involved and genuinely cares about resolving a customer's problem, but that is exactly the experience I had with Noah.A huge thank you to Frank Leones at Gunther Volkswagen Clermont for the recommendation, and especially to Noah and the entire Impact Auto Glass team for turning an extremely frustrating situation into a great experience. If you are looking for an auto glass company that is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and truly stands behind its work, I highly recommend Impact Auto Glass.Five stars without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worked with Noah who was recommended by VW Gunther. Addressed all my concerns with my new 2025 Atlas, he had it installed by his best installer Omar. Excellent installation, and very flexible and got me OEM parts. So glad I used Noah and I highly recommend this business. What I most like is Noah’s customer service, there for you through out the install. This is a 5 Star business that I trust.

We had to have the back windshield of a Jeep Wrangler replaced. A lot of places said they wouldn’t work on the jeeps. Noah at Impact auto glass went above and beyond to help us get the correct rear window. He actually had to come back a second time because the original window that was supposed to be OEM did not have the correct brackets. But he found the correct window and did a wonderful job installing it and we are very happy with his communication and professionalism.

Noah did a fantastic job. His communication was prompt and accurate. Friendly and professional, he came to our home and performed the install without a hitch. It may seem like a small thing, but he also left behind a clean and tidy job site as well, which is all too uncommon these days. He takes pride in his work and offers affordable prices. He will be my window guy going forward. Thanks, Noah!
