I just bought a RAV4 recently from CarMax, and it had such a stank odor! I was very disappointed with their cleaning job, so luckily the saleswoman told me to take it to a professional detailer, and they’ll reimburse me a percentage. I found My Detail Guys because they were close to the dealership, and they were able to find the source, which was piled with dog hair and buried under layers of carpet between the trunk hatch and the backseat. It’s a testament to their attention to detail that they thoroughly went through every crevice to clean out every hair. Though they left some water spots on the back window that I had to point out and that were quickly cleaned off, I’m very satisfied with the job these guys did. They were even so gracious as to give me a ride back home while they worked on my car. My car finally feels new now, and I’m very happy with the results!

Fantastic office and crew. My van went thru 4 years of dogs and kids and came out looking like it was on the show floor. I am highly impressed and will recommend to everyone if they need a detail.
