I just want to take this time to acknowledge Chelsie. I just dropped off my rental and she made the process effortless from start at picking up the rental to finish of dropping it off. This was my first time and I was stressed not knowing how any of it worked. She literally took every stress away doing her thing in such a timely manner. Thank you Chelsie for being not only a super kind and happy person but for being knowledgeable in your role making this an enjoyable experience. We had a very bad snow storm over the weekend which caused my cars to be snowed in. I desperately need it transportation and I'm happy to say that Vachon Rental came through for me! The process was easy! We did everything over the phone and when I came to pick up the car the car was ready to go they were waiting for me and I picked up the car with no hassle! I returned the car after 2 days of usage with the same excellent customer service easy car return I will use this company again. I highly recommend this car rental company the cars are in excellent shape.

The process was simple, I did have a problem with a light being out, but they did take care of it right away. My only complaint is that they don’t tell you about the $300 deposit in advance when you are filling out the paperwork online. Other than that people were great and service was quick.
