Excellent service! I got back into the city yesterday after falling into a lake with my phone in my pocket. My iPhone had serious water damage. Before going to The Phone Link, I had gone to another repair shop, where they told me that since the next day (i.e., today) was Thanksgiving, they wouldn't be able to work on it until Tuesday. On top of that, repairs take two business days, so I wouldn't have been able to pick it up until Thursday. I knew time was of the essence, so I looked for another repair shop. I arrived at The Phone Link around 7 p.m., and they close at 7:30. They were so kind, provided excellent service, and fixed my phone that night. I left around 8:15 with my phone working properly again. The price was great, too. I would highly recommend this repair shop!
