I have gone to Permar Physical Therapy (PPT) several times. With their help I recovered from a hamstring injury. Recently, I experienced a problem with pain in my hip. I almost made a appointment with an orthopedic doctor. Instead, I referred to one of the principles I learned at PPT. The technique worked. At PPT I learned principles, exercises and techniques to use for a lifetime.Gage Permar is an exceptional Physical Therapist. He has been giving me excellent exercises for my leg. We will be working on other areas of the body as well. No matter what issue I present to Gage, he has a solution exercise. For example, getting up easily after scooting down to pick up something. I am amazed at his knowledge.
