I walked in with some jewelry that needed detangling and earrings that needed a small repair and they immediately started working on it. Within 10 minutes it was completed and they said it was no charge. I offered to pay because this is such a great service but they declined. Very gracious! How lucky was I to come across this wonderful Jewlers! My watch had stopped working and I realized it was time for a new battery. Luckily for me, Kirk Jewelers is located in the shopping plaza off Russell Ranch Road in Westlake Village. Steve was absolutely wonderful…very polite, replaced my battery in less than 15 minutes and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!!

David was amazingly helpful when it came to right-sizing my bracelet and removing a link. He spent over 30 minutes maneuvering the pin out so he could remove the link. And he was kind enough not to charge me anything for his time. I highly recommend you stop in to Kirk Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs.

Went in to get new “bars” for the band on my watch. Stephen took the time to replace both of them with the proper size (person I bought it from had the wrong ones). When it came time to pay, Stephen said “no charge; we don’t charge for that.” I wasn’t expecting that and it’s pretty rare when a business just does nice things for customers. It makes a mark and now when ever I need anything jewelry I’ll be going back to Stephen. Thank you! Classic good ol’ customer service is rare these days.
