I walked in with some jewelry that needed detangling and earrings that needed a small repair and they immediately started working on it. Within 10 minutes it was completed and they said it was no charge. I offered to pay because this is such a great service but they declined. Very gracious! When I’m thinking of a jewelry purchase, this will be my first choice
