This place is not only beautiful but has beautiful/amazing people working there , people that actually have compassion, love , concern and put their all into the elderly that they help take care of. Lorell O’Delll is the probably the most caring and compassionate person I have ever met. Lorell helped my grandmother get out of a really bad group home. She helped with every part of the process and any paperwork necessary. She spent endless hours speaking to me , my family, my grandma , any doctors and/or medical type staff. She has a heart that is pure and got into the position she is in for good reason! We as a family could not be more grateful for Lorell and all staff! Thank you guys for everything you do for not only my grandma but everyone that has the opportunity to live in your facility!

My mother in law is now living at this facility. Lorell O’Dell made this whole process of moving her in so simple as we live in New Mexico. If it wasn’t for Lorell I would have been lost. So thank you to Lorell and all the staff for keeping me sane in all of this and taking wonderful care of my mother in law. I highly recommend this place. 🥰

My dad is now residing at the Villages at Red Mountain and he couldn't be happier. Lorell O'Dell, their Marketing Director, was a pleasure to work with from Day One. From the initial tour of the facility to the transition paperwork, to the day of moving in, she has single-handedly made this process so easy for us! My dad is still "of mind," but needs assistance with a few daily activities and with cooking his own meals. The Villages offers my dad assistance where needed and provides three meals a day to keep him going. The residents, as well as staff, are welcoming and promote socialization (something that is so important to keep him sharp). If my dad requires assistance with anything, Lorell and her team are right there to help. I am so impressed with the level of care and attention that is given to the residents and I am pleased that he is now in an environment where he can thrive. This transition to the Villages at Red Mountain has been the best move for my dad! For the first time, in a very long time, I feel comfort knowing he is being WELL taken care of, and I thank Lorell for making his new home a "home."

Heritage Village has been and is a great place for our love ones. We went through a very difficult time. Our Dad was on Hospice and staying in house. We took our mom to visit him everyday. She was also declining with cognitive issues. This was an incredibly difficult time in so many ways. Lorell helped our father to be transferred from a rehab to Heritage. Words aren't enough to express the extraordinary measures that Lorell orchestrated to coordinate our Fathers care and at the same time managing to help our mom to become a resident. Our mother was not very big on the idea at first, but with Lorells kindness, professional and positive outgoing attitude was able to help mom understand why Heritage Village was not just a good fit but a safe environment with incredible personal care. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our mom receives her medical and medications right onsite. We can call with any concern and someone will always do there best to listen and follow through. They have programs she can participate in. They also serve good meals each day and snacks and treats. We don't call it assisted living We call it Mom's cottage. We are very satisfied with the care that our mom is receiving.We cannot thank Lorrell enough for everything you did. There were many hoops that she had to jump through to coordinate everything for a couple to become residents at the same time. We all new Dad was passing, so Lorell hurried the best she could to get mom in house before Dad died, so she would be safe and not return home alone. Thank you Lorrell for everything,!! Thank you Heritage Village for all you do!

We had the pleasure of touring Heritage Village with Lorell O’Dell recently. Lorell is warm, pleasant, caring, supportive, amicable, helpful and professional. She took an ample amount of time to answer all our questions, and she introduced us to several staff members and some of the residents. Everyone we met was friendly and willing to help answer any questions we asked. Heritage Village is a lovely community in NE Mesa. Thank you Lorell!

We knew this was the right place for my Dad when we met the staffing team. They were kind, professional, and sincerely cared about my Dad. They took the time to get to know him as a person as well as his special needs due to dementia. Today, he is happy, has new friends, and wonderful care in his beautiful new home at Heritage Village. We are thankful we found the right fit for Dad and can't thank the staff enough for all they do!

I'm so pleased to say that I found Heritage Village. Though they have received negative press for actions related to past actions, when owned by previous owners and/or representatives, I would suggest giving them a look for how they operate today. My mother, whom has dementia, is now in a safer environment, with people who care about her well-being. My mom enjoys all of the activities available at Heritage Village, visiting various locations throughout Arizona, and it has extended her emotional happiness. Yes, there are many alternatives for assisted living. Some of the alternatives are less expensive, while others are more expensive. What I believe is important, is the people whom are in contact with your loved one, day after day, and the medical approach provided to your loved one. As a family, we're happy, and I think you would be as well.
