We own a historic home that required special attention, and we hired Les Jones Roofing because of their familiarity with 100+-year-old roofs. They did an excellent job retaining the historic character of our home while completing the tile relay.Their quote was spot on, with no surprises, and they were very helpful navigating the few issues that arose during the process. If I could give them more stars I would! We needed some repairs done (they did not complete original roof work) and I cannot say enough good things about this group - super thorough in explaining everything and very fast to evaluate the issues and came back the next day for repair work, excellent work. I would recommend this group to anyone and will be calling them if we need further roofing services!

Unprofessional, unethical, aggressive and more - to say the least. Jason, no need to post your polite response saying you’d be happy to learn more about what happened. I called you personally - but obviously the owners chose not to reach out and acknowledge the incredibly unprofessional behavior of one of your salesman. This behavior must be coming from the top down.

Well, I don't think I can be expected to provide anything other than a negative review after being charged for work that was not properly addressed the first time the crew came out to repair a leaky roof.Use Les Jones Roofing if you want to deal with repeated visits and expenses. I'll certainly go elsewhere if/when I need roofing repairs.
