I had a great experience with Russ Ward Auto Body. From beginning to end, the team kept me updated throughout the repair process and made everything easy to understand. When I picked up my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. The truck looks immaculate — the paint match, bodywork, fit and finish all came out excellent, and honestly it looks like the accident never happened. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and the communication throughout the entire process. I worked closely with Stephanie and her team on getting my vehicle fixed up. I had gotten into a car accident that affected the whole driver's side of the vehicle and working with her and her team was smooth and quick!
