Five stars, no question. After a fender bender in my Kia EV6, I took it to Russ Ward Autobody. Char and her team were outstanding. Trust was established from the very first call. Char knows this industry and it is apparent when you first talk to her. They arranged a rental, communicated consistently throughout the entire process, and returned my car in two weeks looking brand new.
