Honestly, I’m really happy with the way my car turned out. They did an amazing job fixing everything up, and when I got it back, it looked immaculate. It honestly looked almost like a brand-new car again.They were also great to deal with throughout the whole process. They kept me updated, communicated really well, and were always willing to answer my questions. I really appreciated how they worked with me on the price too and gave me a great deal.You can tell they actually care about their work and their customers. Everything was handled really well, and the final result was better than I expected.I’d personally recommend this place to any of my friends or family without hesitation. If someone I know needs their car fixed, this is definitely where I’d send them. I’m really glad I chose them, and I’d come back here again in a heartbeat if I ever need body work done.

Russ Ward auto body was great! The customer service was great. The work I had done was not easy but it came out great and they completed the job exactly when they said they would. I would highly recommend them for all automotive body work.

Such a great experience! I have a 2017 Ford 150 that needed the hood painted after I removed a wrap. I called Stephanie and she assured me that the color would match the existing factory paint. The Russ Ward team nailed the color perfectly. They even gave me a small amount of touch up paint for future touch ups. I highly recommend this company if you want great communication and 1st class results.
