I can't even begin to explain how AMAZING this company is. I've dealt with Auto body shops in the past and they were HORRIBLE. Service took forever, hardly updated me and parts that were replaced weren't even aligned. Russ Ward Auto Body has exceeded my expectations! I was recently involved in a hit and run incident, and was devasted thinking that my insurance was going to total out my car. I didn't have the money nor the credit to get into something new at the time. Luckily I was referred by one of my program managers at work to reach out to Charlene. From the moment I dropped off my car it was constant updates, fast service to have my car repaired and they went above and beyond to show amazing customer service to ensure I was taken care of and received my car back practically brand new. Stephanie was also so sweet and kept me in constant loop of any updates. If I'm needing any additional work in the future, without a doubt I will be going back to Russ Ward and for sure telling all my family and friends to go there as well. Extremely trusted facility and they definitely advocate for their customers when it comes to dealing with insurances. Honestly could not recommend this place more. Everyone is so nice and I feel like they actually cared about making sure I was satisfied with everything. I even had to go back because I have some faulty sensors and when I called in there, they were super sweet and dealt with everything right away. Russ Ward Auto Body in Anaheim was outstanding from start to finish. I brought in my girlfriend’s Mercedes AMG for repairs, and the communication was excellent the entire time with timely updates and clear explanations, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect.Initially, the insurance company said Russ Ward wasn’t their preferred repair shop, but the repair was still approved and everything worked out smoothly. The repairs were completed on schedule and the car came back looking amazing.They even went above and beyond by hand delivering touch-up paint for later use. Charlene and the team were truly fantastic, and Russ Ward Auto Body is easy to trust and easy to refer.

Wonderful experience all throughout from start to finish! Daiquan was the first and last person to assist us, he made the process so smooth, he was understanding and made us feel so calm and collected after having our accident. He helped us understand the whole process by explaining every detail of what will occur. Stephanie called us and gave us updates about our car and was very pleasant each time! Incredible service from start to finish. Charlene was very quick to respond with an estimate and thorough with all questions I had.I had body work done that was not related to an insurance claim, and the shop stayed true to the estimate. The paint on my trunk needed to be repaired and an aftermarket spoiler I had needed to be reinstalled. They fabricated holes to fit with the existing openings in the trunk lid and secure it. By just looking at it, you would think it was original with the car.Charlene said the work was more than expected (and the invoice showed it) but she was going to keep her word with the original price. I received frequent updates and photos of the work in progress.It turned out absolutely flawless. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and anticipating. My only regret is not bringing my car in sooner since I've been needing the work done. It took longer than originally expected, and they offered me a loaner vehicle (at no charge) for the inconvenience. I was able to coordinate alternate means of transportation, so I didn't need to, but the fact that they did was amazing. Once my car was ready, they even brought it to where I work since I wouldn't have been able to make it to the shop that day.If I ever need any future body work done, I will only ever bring my vehicle to Russ Ward. I will be sure to refer anyone who asks me for recommendations; you won't get any better when it comes to price, honesty, transparency, and quality. Normally with auto shops, you have to give up at least one of those, but not here.
