Jorelle Carson and his team have cleaned for several of my employer's apartment complexes, including our downtown Indianapolis property located on the canal. He is efficient, professional, very thorough, and takes care of a space as if it were his own. His customer service is exceptional. I recently moved to a new apartment building and on my first or second day there I met Carson while he was cleaning the common area carpeting. I have been in the apartment maintenance industry for years. I am familiar with many apartment communities. I am a very matter of fact type of person, I have to say that I have never, and I mean never seen such cleanliness and consistency in his line of work. The entry ways, hallways and offices that he takes care of are impeccable. His work performance is top notch and at the summit, top, apex, highest point bar none in my opinion. I highly recommend his company first and foremost and if for whatever reason you don't have him, you're settling for a distant second based on today's standard.
