Incredible experience with this academy. Instructors were so knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. I'm impressed with the information and candor shared during the course. They really do want you to succeed and will give you honest information about how best to succeed. I like the small class sizes as well.

This is a fun, casual course even if you're not planning on being a profesional barista. Time will fly by as you're learning about coffee and how to make an espresso becuase Michael & Justina are experienced, knowledgeable and down-to-earth with no attitude unlike most baristas working in coffee shops in Toronto. By the end of the session you will have made few cups of espressos without picking up bad habits. I highly recommend this course.

Maikor was an excellent teacher. You can tell he is passionate in all he does. The two days flew by and it was a lot of fun. He is really patient and does understand how people learn.

I recently completed the business course and barista courses bundle at the Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Susan led the business sessions with incredible knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping others succeed in the coffee industry. Her insights into the business side of cafés and coffee shops were extremely valuable and inspiring.Michael led the barista training sessions, and he was truly on another level. His skills, attention to detail, teaching style, and deep understanding of coffee made every session engaging and professional. You can immediately tell he has a real passion for coffee and teaching others.Overall, the academy exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone serious about coffee, barista training, or opening and operating a café business.

I had a very good experience at the Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, detailed and passionate about the subject.The class size was perfect, and the hands on training was great. I learnt so much in such a short amount of time. I’m grateful for all the knowledge and the skills that I gained and I definitely don’t see coffee the same way anymore.

Amazing courses to learn about speciality coffee and coffee business. Both instructors are exceptional. They are very knowledgeable and patient to answer all your questions. Plus there are a plenty of time given to get hands on making espressos and practicing latte arts. Highly recommend!!!
