Joel has done an EXCELLENT job for me, and he saved me a bunch of money by recognizing more efficent ways to do what I wanted to do in my back yard. Anyone else would have just taken the money, but Joel figured out ways to accomplish evreything I wanted without unnecessary expenses. I really couldn't be happier.
