'brought a 2017 Toyota 4Runner orp there for front coil over installation ( Bilstein 6112) it already had a inch and a half spacer lift front and rear, we had discussed clip position for the front shocks I had suggested the third position, I wanted a slight rake no more than level, came to pick up and it was nose hi they put clips in 5th position, so I decided to do rear springs w 2 in plus and it somewhat leveled it out but I'm eventually going to have to take it somewhere else to have the struts pulled back off and the clips put in the initial suggested position.. got home and discovered that the skid plate was left off so I had to drive an hour back to get the skid plate which look like it came off a different 4Runner definitely wasn't the one that came off of mine.. on the plus side the shop they used to do the alignment did a great job.

Great service and very professional. I have an 87 XJ which needed an alignment after replacing steering parts. Dan was very communicative and the job was done. Will be coming back for more Jeep stuff!

Dan and his Team at Poor Man's Off-Road Depot were fantastic on working on my 1980 CJ7 Jeep. The Jeep had sat for 10yrs and needed a full reworking to get it back into safe running condition. They not only treated it as a full restoration but supplied updates in the process which included both verbal and physical (pictures) of the process and completed work. Their pricing is great and quality of work is impeccable.They even went the extra mile in assisting and re-teaching me in stretching and exercising the muscle memory of driving a manual transmission. I could not speak more highly of the people at Poor Man's Jeep and the experience I had in working with them.10/10 would recommend!! :)

Wonderful experience, extremely friendly and super responsive, never had to wait on an answer to any questions. Got me in a day earlier than scheduled, very satisfied with the work. Will definitely be doing future with work at this shop.
