Initial cleaning was great. Recently on follow on cleaning I asked to have them clean freezer because my 84 disabled veteran dad had put a soda in the freezer and cut himself and wanted it cleaned. They wanted $50 extra. I said fine. VA home care came after their cleaning visit and said nothing appeared to be cleaned including soda explosion mess - which was in minifridge not main fridge as it turned out. I contacting queen of maids and they said their worker hurt himself on the stairs and did not complete cleaning and they were sorry about this.They still charged me the full price plus the fridge cleaning that was not done.I cancelled them. I think this comany is a fraud risk and a liability to future customers. I would avoid them.They did not offer to refund the service charge for their service.I would not trust this company to service your home. You could get sued for their workers getting hurt working in your home.Dangerous! My recommendation is to avoid them strongly!I gave the cleaning person a strong healthy young guy a $20 cash tip after his first visit. And this is how I am repayed...I cannot believe he was hurt on the stairs. These are modern homes in a modern community up to code. This is fraud and laziness and a crappy company backing it up.They are working on a refund.I requested to talk to their regional general manager about this experience. I think this company is trying to be professional but is clearly having issues.

Cleaners came in and made the house so clean and it smelled so fresh. By far the best cleaning experience that we’ve had. House looks so much better would definitely refer this company to friends and family.

Love the service we are getting. Our cleaning crew is the best. They are friendly, polite, very thorough and they leave our home spotless and smelling clean.
