After having two bad experiences with another Hearing Place here in Stillwater, I called Integrity Audiology and the wonderful young lady who answered the phone was so sweet and answered all of my questions and told me that if I was available then she had an opening for a hearing test in 15 minutes. I told her that I would be right there. From the time I walked in the door until I left, everyone was so very helpful. John who performed the hearing test was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and nice. After the test, he went over the results and my options. I didn't have to pay anything up front today. When I go in for my one week checkup, we will work out a payment plan for my portion that isn't covered by insurance. If you are needing to have a hearing test and/or hearing aids, this is definitely the place to go!!!
