I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Checked in. Watched Many people come and go. I got coffee (kudos to having coffee). Went to the bathroom twice. Walked around the waiting room. Found some news papers to read. Walked around the waiting room more. Looked at the are on the walls. The whole time, the receptionist would look at me. Finally after being there an hour. I went back to the desk to ask how much longer it would be. The receptionist asked my name again, and said that the technician is in with a new patient and that is what is taking so long. As soon as I walked away, she got up and went to the back. When she came back out, the technician was right behind her. He then calls my name. It sure seemed like she failed to check me in correctly and then lied to me about the “new patient ”. The waiting room was not packed. Not happy! Less
