Came across CrossFit gym in Coconut Creek, tried a Hydrox class with Ian and he did an amazing job! Gym was super clean and organized, not to mention a cold plunge place next door, 5 stars! Effective & enjoyable class, will definitely be back.

Great gym with CrossFit and Hyrox Programs. For people of all levels. It also has a Cold Plunge Artic Lounge with restroom/shower/sauna area which is great after the tough workouts.

This was a nice, laid-back experience with no coaching pressure, which made it easy to focus on my own pace. The atmosphere felt relaxed but energized, and the excellent motivation strategy really pushed me to keep moving throughout the workout.

Luis is an outstanding CrossFit coach. He brings great energy to every class, explains movements clearly, and pushes you to give your best while still paying attention to proper form and safety.
