My son had a 9:00 a.m. appointment for a routine cleaning. We arrived at 8:45 a.m. and found no staff at the front desk. It appeared the staff may have been in a meeting, but no one communicated this to waiting patients. We signed in and waited until approximately 9:10 a.m. before anyone arrived at the reception area.Shortly afterward, the hygienist called another patient back instead of my son. When I approached the front desk to ask why my son's appointment had apparently been moved to 10:00 a.m. despite being scheduled for 9:00 a.m., I was told he would still be seen shortly and was asked, "What difference does it make?"As a working parent, I schedule appointments around my job responsibilities, and respecting appointment times is important. Rather than showing concern for the delay or apologizing, the receptionist appeared dismissive and even rolled her eyes when I explained that I needed to get to work.The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for patients' time was extremely disappointing. As a result, we left without being seen and will not be returning.

My last dental experience years ago was a nightmare, which is why I waited years to have another dental anything. AB dental is a place I HIGHLY recommend. I felt no pain. They really took care of me. Thank you for giving me my smile back!
