Update: the owner called me and apologised for the confusion. The correct part was ordered. I picked it up today. I was refunded for incorrect part and they gave me the new part as their way of making things right. Thats above and beyond and much appreciatedOriginal reviewParts department is unfamiliar with parts. I need a tie rod for my tractor. Was told they just dont sell one. Had to buy both. Part arrived today. Only one tie rod. Called parts department. Spoke with same salesperson who said it was 2 ends with a rod in between. Part from them approx 3 times the cost as other suppliers. At the time I chocked it up to the fact that I was getting 2 tie rods.Only one, and not even the correct part for my tractor!!

Went in with a bad coil, came out with a new one and didn't cost much. Service Department gave me a lead on selling the mower. That's hometown service in the City. Thanks for a great experience.

Probably waited longer than I should to have my Honda mower serviced. It started making a noise from the drive mechanism, so I decided it was time.Mower now looks, starts, and runs like new. They serviced it, fixed the drive issue, adjusted the drive cables, and cleaned it up. I'm particularly pleased with the result since Honda is no longer making these mowers.
