Josh is all you could hope for to represent your company. Informative, read his audience by listening to my personal needs, relaxed in explaining my wishlist vs. what is important for my budget constraints; i.e., he pointed out pros/cons to have or to have not and then let me know it’s entirely my decision on how I wish to proceed. Had an issue with an electric outlet. Kim Persson came out quickly to ensure overall electrical was ok, and then they came back later to replace the outlet and wall receptacle. Amazing customer service, quick response, and very reasonable pricing.

Had one electrician on Friday figure out part of the problem and he and another one came back on Monday and fixed it. Now I have heat! They were friendly and kept me informed as they went.I will delicately call Kim Persson Electric again.
