I started with Hybrid almost a month ago and actually look forward to my sessions. Dusty was great from the start with discussing my fitness goals. I have had the privilege to train with both Brandon and Silas and they are great. They step in to provide guidance as needed and the encouragement along the way is great. If you are looking for a great support team from a coach to the other people you train with, I would highly recommend Hybrid!

Everyone I’ve met so far is so nice and so incredibly supportive. It’s nice to show up and not have to think about what to do. They show you everything and help when needed. Going to, or back to, the gym after many years is scary. They make it effortless!

Very welcoming. They are in the business of fitness motivation and accountability, and they do it very well. I've been weight lifting steadily since co-vid, but this summer needed a reset very much. Hybrid fitness has worked their magic on me.

They are super flexible, kind, and supportive! I have no idea what I’m doing on my own in a gym so the guidance and support of trainers is perfect. I also like that I’m working out alongside others and they’re not just standing there watching and critiquing me. Guidance is offered to ensure I’m performing the exercises safely and effectively.
