Beyond words folks, beyond words. 5 stars...I wish I could give 100. Truly. I called on a Saturday and left a VM in hopes I would get a call on Monday, to become a new patient. I instead GOT A CALL FROM CRAIG HIMSELF 30 MIN LATER! He told me he heard the pain in my voice and wanted to help me. I seriously got emotional...no one in the medical field these days cares that much, not even the good ones! I was then placed in the schedule as soon as I could get in...they had to wait on me!Once I arrived for my appointment, I was seen a few minutes early, again, above and beyond. I was treated with compassion and dignity. I knew right away Craig knew what he was talking about and made sure I understood what he was thinking as our initial visit progressed. I was given clear instructions as to what the next visit would entail and why it would entail those things. I feel I found the only place in the Atlanta metro area that has enough knowledge to "fix" my serious neck issues.
