I never thought I'd say I love going to the gym but I really do love going to Body Happy! Jenny, Lisa, Adam and the whole team are welcoming and encouraging, and I am much stronger and healthier since joining a year ago. Body Happy has a friendly, positive atmosphere and supports everyone with their fitness goals. I am now a gym convert and highly recommend!

Body Happy gym is a welcoming and safe space for all bodies. My experience has been that gyms have always had a predatory undercurrent. Training at Body Happy is a completely different experience and one that I value and am so happy to have found. It is clean, the equipment is easy to use and well maintained and the staff are always happy to help.
