Good Call should be called Bad Call!I had a very disappointing experience with Good Call. They quoted me anywhere from $800 to $2,800 for what turned out to be a simple shower cartridge replacement. They talked about blowing out walls and creating valve connections, making a minor repair sound like a major plumbing project.I got a second opinion from another company, and the issue was resolved with a quick fix. The total cost was just $300.I’m glad I got another opinion before agreeing to Good Call’s proposed work. Based on my experience, I felt the solution they proposed was far more extensive and expensive than necessary.If you’re looking for a company that may turn a simple repair into a much bigger, more expensive job, give Good Call a ring. My advice: get a second opinion before committing to a major repair.

I called GoodCall for an estimate for a 3ton ac and heating unit Joey came the next day which was Friday the 16th and I had a lot of questions and Joey answered every one he wasn't in a hurry and explained everything to me where I could understand my questions Joey and 2 other guys came Tuesday the 20th and did the job sooner than I expected they cleaned up everything and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the work they did for me I would recommend GoodCall to all my friends and family members Great Job GoodCall

Well so far so good and Joey and Mike I mean I can't remember the secretary's name but they're all good he worked with me on a receipt that I got from and I'm not afraid to say trahan's Heating and Air and let me tell you something I've been with them people 12 years and did they screw me over since last Friday and I mean screw me so Joey is determined to help me and he's going to match there receipt I got from them and you can't ask for better than that and Mike was wonderful and so I'mma work with them like they worked with me and I guarantee you I'm going to be with him for as long as there's good as they are cuz I've heard nothing but good about good call and that's all you can ask for so far they're going to come out repair my AC unit that trahas Heating and Air broke and it will go from there but that's all you can ask for but so far I mean I've seen everything on Facebook about him that everybody's talking good you know let's see I think so far so good and like I said that's all I can ask for and they'll get my business for as long as they are what they are

My technician, Eric, was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I love how we get a full report of the outside and inside systems and what needs maintenance versus what is running optimally. The report is very thorough abs detailed. I’ve never received that with any other company. I will use them again, most definitely!
