10/10 gym. I have trained here since 2022 and my jiu jitsu has improved exponentially. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend. Brian is an excellent coach and teacher, there isn't a gym in SGF with more pedigree in BJJ.

I had the opportunity to drop in for an advanced NoGi class. The instructor was very knowledgeable, open to questions, and did well explaining small positional details. The students at the gym were very welcoming and respectful as well. Definitely drop by and give them a shot regardless of your experience level. 💪
