Receptionists are warm and friendly! They knew most of the patients by their names. Interactions with incoming patients was pleasant to see because it was such a friendly environment, and all the staff, including the pharmacist, work well together as a team. I have been there about three times as a walk-in patient and it’s always been positive. Wait time was fair and the doctors have always been very attentive to my needs. Highly recommended!

This is hands down the best walk in clinic I have been to in Ontario. I'm a a patient of Dr. Li and by far he is the best doctor I have seen in Canada.

I’ve been seeing dr C for a while he is awesome takes his time asks u questions answers your questions ask whats wrong and he will do his best to comply and figure it out he is young and hip 🩵
