CrossFit fortem has truly changed our lives, Josh and all of the great coaches are excellent. I admit we were intimidated at first but by simply showing up everybody the coach’s going out their way to ensure you continue to grow and learn new skills, and growing together as a community is the reason we knew CrossFit was the best gym for us. Although you might think CrossFit may be too tough for you the excellent coaching and patience can allow you to learn new skills you may have never thought possible. We are truly blessed to be part of this amazing gym.

I did my first drop in back in February of this year because I was trying to find a local CrossFit gym to be a part of. I didn’t sign up right away, but after trying out other gyms in the area, there was no doubt in my mind Fortem was going to be my home gym!I have had my fair share of experience looking for a CrossFit gym to get plugged into because I used to travel for my job. What I’ve come to realize that not all CrossFit gyms are built the same, and so since then, I have always taken the time to research and experience a few classes before signing up to be a member. When I came across Fortem, I had a great time (class was great, instructions/coaching was great, and people were too) but I wanted to try a few more classes to make sure it wasn’t a “fluke”. But sure enough, it wasn’t, and the level of excellence in coaching and programming was the same across the board!From solid programming, to great and knowledgeable coaches, and all the way to a wonderful community, I really couldn’t have asked for a better gym to get plugged into. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for one - whether you have CrossFit experience or not!

I have been working out at CrossFit Fortem for about a year now and it has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel so much more confident in and out of the gym. The people there (coaches and members) are genuine and truly care about your well being. All the coaches take the time to learn your goals and coach you as an individual, not just a one size fits all approach. The coaches make sure to greet you by name when you come in. They provide an encouraging, non-intimidating environment and hold me accountable. I’m so grateful to have found a gym where I look forward to going to.

This place isn’t just a gym, it’s a community filled with caring people who want nothing more but to see you succeed. As a fitness professional by trade, I’m not shy from being in new gym environments. This gym felt different because it wasn’t about you being the best, the employees, management and clientele for us on doing YOUR best. Along with an extremely clean facility, made it extremely easy to call home. Now, almost a year later and every time I come in, I’m welcomed with open arms, laughter and a tough but enthusiastic workout. It has not only made me stronger physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I can’t wait to see what the future brings, but I can tell you one thing, being a part of CrossFit Fortem has changed my life for the better, and I’ll always be grateful for that!

Our kids have been going to the Fortem kids classes for over a year now and we couldn’t be more pleased with their experience! They always look forward to going and are really enjoying their workouts! We love it because they learn proper lifting techniques and it encourages overall fitness in their lives. Joyce and Aidan are fantastic with the kids and do a great job teaching them. Joyce is perfect for the younger age group and makes the workouts tons of fun for them while still teaching proper technique. Aidan does a great job with the older group and really challenges them. I highly recommend taking your kids to check it out!

I was invited to this gym for a "bring a friend week" and I did not put it in quotations because it was way to scam you into coming. That is what it is called. You invite your friends and they see if they like it. Anyways, first time I came with my friends, it did not feel like I was at the gym with just my friends. The coaches and members made me feel welcome to the point where I did not feel like a stranger and that was huge for me as I was lacking motivation to workout at my other gym. This is an every day occurrence, not just during that week. This gym and its members its the gym family you are probably looking for. I have been coming here for about 8 to 9 months and I have lost 10 pounds without strict coaching where you do 1 on 1, which they do offer and go over meal plans and what not. But as I try to end this essay, all I can say is no matter if I go to the gym alone or with my closer friends, this gym always pushes you to get better because they care about your health and its community it has created!

I have been coming to this gym since 2016. Since Jackie and Josh took over the gym it has such an amazing feeling of community and belonging. They take the time to push you to your own personal limits and they know your limits because they are pay attention. This is a great gym for all levels because they have coaches that actually truly know what to look for. Love this place and my people!!

Choosing to join CrossFit Fortem over 2 years ago was one of the best decisions I’ve never made. I love coming and getting my day started each day. The warm and friendly environment is a huge plus. Coming here is a part of my every day routine that I look forward to. The growth I have endured here has made many positive changes in my life. I feel so much stronger, healthier and more importantly confident. The coaching staff is absolutely amazing. They have been very patient and have always taken the time to make sure I am using the proper techniques. It goes to show how much they care. I’m so thankful for this place! CrossFit Fortem has changed my life in so many ways, the coaches are AMAZING, and the people treat you like family. I’d like to thank coach Aiden for helping me get into the best shape of my life. The nutrition plan I followed me for 3 months allowed me to achieve my body goals and he answered every question or concern I had in the gym. Five stars is not a high enough rating for this amazing gym. I have been a member at CrossFit Fortem for a few years and I love it. The owners have created a community of friendship, encouragement, and personal growth. In addition to the regular classes, they offer nutrition coaching which has allowed me to manage my weight and build strength. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive during classes. They offer great programing which has many options for all skill levels. I can not say enough good things about the members, coaches, and owners. Give CrossFit Fortem a try and I am sure you will be hooked.

CrossFit Fortem is a great place to improve your daily fitness and wellness goals for all levels. The programming allows for you to choose daily how hard you want to workout that day to be with multiple scaling options. Since joining last year I am down 10lbs. The best part about the gym is the community which makes classes more fun and the community events are a blast. It is a very positive and enjoying environment to be around on a daily basis. Most importantly the coaches and ownership are all amazing people with CrossFit certifications. When I arrived at the gym a year ago with a torn rotator cuff I let ownership/coaches know and they provide me daily scaling options or personalized movements for my injury and movements to strengthen around the injury.

There are not enough words for me to describe how much I enjoy being a member at CrossFit Fortem! The gym atmosphere and coaching is one of my favorite things about it! What I love about being a member there is that there is a coach that guides you through the workout, so you are never lost or confused, and they're constantly watching your movement to make sure you're safe. I truly believe these workouts are the best and have helped me reach my goals. Recently, I have added working with Nick as my one on one nutrition coach. He has helped me reach goals that I never thought would be possible. And I have now lost 30 pounds and feel so confident in my skin. Having a nutrition coach and being consistent in my workouts 5 days a week has been the biggest game changer! If you're nervous or not sure if crossfit is for you, I want to encourage you to give it a shot!

Joined CrossFit fortem 4/10/24 thanks to my sister jasmine, seeing her progress motivated me to join! I can write long paragraph describing how amazing this gym is! I weighted 186 before the start & started there program 1:1 coaching habitual nutrition with Aidan 7/29/24 & I am beyond grateful for my results ! Lost over 27pounds dialing my nutrition. If you are looking for friendly/healthy environment to start your fitness journey I recommend CrossFit Fortem !All coaches are beyond amazing !

I am absolutely and very happy that I decided to meet with Nick ...his guidance, meal preparations, answers to my questions were all spot on ! He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't have picked a better nutrition coach to help me on my journey ....I have lost 24 pounds so far and I feel absolutely amazing ! He also gave me different supplements ( magnesium ), and protein powder and collagen to help with different areas...I truly genuinely appreciate Nick Robles so very much !! Oh and his weekly check ins & monthly meetings hold me accountable !! Thank you Nick !!!

I've had such a good experience at CrossFit Fortem as a woman working out postpartum. The coaches are incredible at adjusting the programming to support my specific needs and goals. They've helped me feel strong and confident as I transition back into fitness. The community and friendships I’ve made here are the real draws for me. It makes it so much easier to stay motivated when you have people that know and support you at a gym. The emphasis on long term health and fitness, combined with the knowledgeable coaching, has made a big difference in my journey.
