I had previously left a poor review regarding my experience with the service team. After speaking with the owner Chris, I feel differently and wanted my review to reflect that— Chris took full ownership for a mistake made by his service team. After speaking with him, I could see that he thoroughly reviewed our circumstances and took the actions necessary to correct the issue. That in itself made a huge difference.
