I needed to rent a car trailer to take my Porsche Boxster to get worked on. Good Vibes was great. It is all self-service and was easy to book online. Communication via text was prompt and courteous. You do need to have a smartphone to checkout and check-in the trailer as you have to take pictures and upload them.The trailer was clean and well kept and exceptional quality with electric brakes. Fortunately I was setup for any situation with ball size and power connector as I did not see it on the site.Cost was very reasonable compared to other rentals in the area. Will definitely use again if I need a trailer.

Jeremiah was absolutely wonderful to work with during a stressful time for our family. Since we’re now out of state, his communication meant everything! He kept us in the loop with videos and FaceTime calls so we could see exactly what was being done. He was also incredibly flexible with our schedule, which we truly appreciated. I used Good Vibes for renting a dump trailer. Excellent communication, large trailer, they dropped off and picked up right on time, and had a great price. I'd 100% use them again and would highly recommended anyone else to do the same!

Awesome service!! Jeremiah goes above and beyond to make sure that you will have a great experience. He prepped the trailer the day before, took the time to walk me through all aspects, set me up with a hitch and wireless brake controller, and told me what to expect while towing.
