Took their time, cleaned the outside unit and thoroughly tested everything before making a diagnosis. Worked hard to find a compressor in timely manner while dealing with an environment when they were hard to locate. Overall cost was very reasonable.Had a different, unrelated issue about a month later. Thomas came out and was very thorough while inspecting our unit and very patient with all of our questions. Would definitely recommend Thomas and his team for any of your HVAC needs!

Could not recommend more. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent. They showed up exactly on time. Fixed my air and explained what was wrong and changed my air filter for me. Asked if I wanted another unit looked at, and they fixed that one and cleaned the filters. Will absolutely use them again.
