Steve Barren is an excellent PT. He not only asked questions he listened to what I said.I still get pain in my knee occasionally but it's lessened with the exercises he had me do. I continue to do some of them every day. I would highly recommend Total Performance to anyone.

Sally Meyers methodically took me through from being in pain and waking up with a numb arm at a rate of three times nightly to complete relief. She equipped me with all the exercises I may need should the issue return. She really knows her stuff!
