Jessa provided exceptional service during our visit to Lido Bottle Works and took outstanding care of my family from start to finish. She was funny, attentive, and professional at the same time and genuinely made us feel welcome while anticipating our needs without ever being overbearing.Her menu recommendations (that weren’t even on our radar) were excellent. We ordered the croquettes, Korean fried chicken, and striped bass, and every dish was delicious. Jessa clearly knows the menu well and offered thoughtful suggestions that made our meal even more enjoyable.Jessa was so kind and made our family feel right at home. We will definitely be back and will be requesting her again. She is an amazing server and made our experience so memorable.

Went to Lido Bottle Works last night and honestly can’t stop thinking about how good the service was. Maria, Kim, and Brooklyn took care of us and they were all so sweet and on top of everything the whole night, definitely made the whole experience.Got the charcuterie board to share and it was so good, way better than I expected. Had a glass of wine to go with it and the pairing was perfect.Just such a fun, laid back spot with people who actually care about making your night good. Ask for Maria, Kim or Brooklyn if you go, they’re the best. Already planning on going back soon :)

Had a phenomenal dinner! Our waitress (little) Jess was super knowledgeable and provided us with excellent recommendations and service. The food was wonderful and we’ll definitely be coming back!

My family had an event here recently to celebrate the marriage of our niece and nephew. The cocktails were so great and we will never forget those bao buns! Jessa and Amanda were super sweet and catered to our every need. We highly recommend having your event here considering we had such a lovely evening!
