JKP painting came to our home to discuss some projects we were thinking of doing. While discussing these projects Jose noticed our outdoor caulk was cracking in many places and needed to be caulked and painted before winter. Our original projects now became wants and the caulking moved to the forefront as a need. Within a week Jose had a worker come power wash the exterior of our house, caulk and paint cracks that could have caused damage if rain and snow got in. We are always pleased with the excellent communication and workmanship JKP Painting does on the many projects they have helped us with.

I've unfortunately had to work with 3 different contractors over the last 2 months. Of the 3, I've enjoyed working with Juan and his team the most. They were by far the most careful and meticulous, and helped us fix an error the 1st contractor had made. While work was being done on the house, he made it a point to stop by daily and see how the work was going. This did not happen with the other contractors. His pricing was also very fair. Highly recommend.

Jose and his crew are awesome! Their work ethic, workmanship and overall attention to detail were exemplary. This job wasn't easy--they were painting beams on 12-foot ceilings--but I can honestly say I've never had a more skilled or conscientious crew of painters in my home. They are perfectionists, and it starts at the top: When Jose came to inspect the finished job, he had his guys put up their ladders again to do some touch ups he caught. Not only was the work outstanding, the price was extremely reasonable--especially for this kind of quality. I highly recommend JKP!

Jose and his team did an incredible job scraping our popcorn ceilings (over 1600 sqft of them), texturing and priming them, and painting the entire interior or our home. Jose's pricing was transparent and reasonable when compared to the competition, he was extremely communicative, and the work was performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Jose was always responsive to questions and was on site daily. The JKP team took great care to cover and protect our flooring. Their attention to detail in the preparation phase is unmatched. We are extremely satisfied with the end product and cannot even identify items requiring touchups. I can't speak highly enough about Jose and his crew. Tricking out my garage. Filled and repaired all drywall damage. Primed the walls and ceiling. Double painted the ceiling and walls. Then I had his crew epoxy the floor.We were in-and-out frequently. Jose’s crews were scheduled very convenient for us. Crews showed up on time and did excellent work.Don’t have any pictures as custom cabinets haven’t been installed yet.
