Without question, she is magnificent at making sure every patient’s needs are taken care of. Her leadership and attention to detail are truly appreciated.I had the pleasure of being greeted almost immediately by Dr. Ahmed Mirza. His kindness and compassion were overwhelming. His first priority was making me feel welcome and comfortable. He also gave me the reassurance that I was going to be all right. That meant so much to me.Dr. Naresh Parikh was my attending physician, and I cannot say enough about him. He listened to every word I said. I was never rushed, nor did I ever feel as though he was thinking about another patient. He was completely focused on me and ready to present a thorough plan for my examination and testing. I was all in because I knew I was in the hands of an expert in cardiology.This is not a one- or two-hour examination with a few tests. Be prepared to spend approximately four hours at this clinic. And believe me, you will be amazed by their technology. In my experience, it was better than anything I have encountered in a hospital setting.Yaling’s expertise is making sure every detail of your visit exceeds your expectations. With all of her talents, she accomplished this with perfection. I truly enjoyed watching her gracefully attend to both the physicians and the patients. Job well done, Yaling!For four hours, I was thoroughly examined and underwent an extensive range of testing to make sure nothing was overlooked.I was tested by an exceptional team of highly skilled professionals.Nurse Charles, thank you for always being there for me. You were wonderful in explaining every procedure and making me feel comfortable throughout the process.Maryna, the kind lady from Ukraine who conducted my treadmill testing, was absolutely wonderful. Please do not be frightened by the treadmill test! I am 77 years old, and with Maryna’s expertise and encouragement, I completed the testing with ease. Thank you, Maryna!Caitlin and Shelby, first of all, I loved your testing room. It was warm, comfortable, and welcoming. Watching the monitor and seeing my heart in real time was truly amazing. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my mom received from Dr. Parikh and his entire team. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond for us. He took the time to see my mom every single day, even on Saturday, to make sure she received the care and attention she needed.Dr. Parikh is not only an excellent and knowledgeable cardiologist, but also a compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He was incredibly thorough with her testing and took the time to clearly explain the results, treatment options, and next steps so that we felt informed and reassured. This rating is specifically for Nita at the primrose location endocrinology department. I have been there twice and she has gone above and beyond to assist me. She is exceptional, always smiling and so pleasant while keeping multiple balls in the air. Give her a raise!Rupa was also nice.

Dr. Ozlem Pala is simply outstanding in every respect...kind, caring, and an active listener! She truly worked tirelessly to determine what specific joint and muscle pain I was experiencing and so glad I found her.
