Neal from Elevations did a great job solving a warranty issue with our ASKO dryer. He is polite, knowledgeable and efficient.The highlight, though, was that he noticed our 20+ year old Viking Professional double range/oven and asked how I liked it. (I hated it because I could never get baked items to turn out right). He took the time to explain how the oven works and immediately tested the thermostats and recommended replacement. He assured me that by replacing the thermostats I could use my over for many years to come. So, we bit the bullet and replaced the thermostats in both ovens and I am SO HAPPY! I've been baking like crazy and every batch turns out perfectly. Thank you, Neil!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our fireplace had not worked for about 10 years and Eric came out and repaired it including a replacement wall switch and thoroughly cleaned. It’s like new!! Everyone else had told us it would cost as much as a new one but Eric was honest and it didn’t cost much at all.

I needed some assistance after I applied a non-high temperature spray paint to my metal fireplace surround that resulted in a strong odor from outgassing. Eric about 15 minutes on phone with me, spending time to understand my situation and providing guidance how best to remove the paint, burn-off any remaining residue and prepping and refinishing the surround with the contractors preferred Stove Bright high-temperature spray paint. He provided his expertise at not cost, simply to help me out of this situation. This speaks volumes to his character.

Eric did a wonderful job! We had three issues that he had to deal with. He did it very professionally and reasonably. The thing I was most impressed about was the fireplace cleaning and making sure that it was safe to use. I was also impressed that he brought with him his daughter Aaliyah who helped him with the fire fireplace cleaning she was very pleasant and was willing to do what Eric asked. Great summer time gig for his daughter! She was able to learn a few things and learn responsibility.Eric was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with the refrigerator and dishwasher.

Eric and his team are really organized, know what questions to ask or photos of the appliance to request in order to help them order the correct parts, etc. Eric arrived on time, called 30 minutes before arrival so that I could meet him at the house and, once arrived, went right to work. He repaired two appliances, my Viking hood as well as my Kitchenaid refrigerator. He cleaned up his work area and offered to answer any questions that we had. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Elevation Appliance and Fireplace.

Eric the technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. While we were originally books a couple of weeks out, Eric called to say that he had a free moment to service our coffee maker. He went above and beyond to ask if we had any other questions or concerns and we was able to address an issue with our steam oven as well.
