What is with Diana Acosta (psychiatrist), and accountability. She doesn’t call me back with any answers and leaves me in limbo. When I did my evaluation I’m pretty positive that she may have clicked on the wrong answer when it came to patience and irritability, selecting the highest one, potentially misdiagnosing me as bipolar but when I brought up that I didn’t think that’s what I answered, she fired back with an attitude so I just shut up and was like whatever I’m not gonna fight with you over a stupid thing (even though it could have potentially caused a misdiagnosis)…(so not very stupid) and just shut up. It’s like she was trying to get a reaction out of me for her mistake, but if I mentioned this, doubt that she’d even take accountability, seeing as she can’t even take 2 minutes out of her day to have even her staff call me back with an answer and waited for me to call back wondering if she had even gotten the message. The manipulation of the mental health provider is concerning.Update: After leaving this review, Belen, the director reached out to make things right. I am extremely thankful. I now have a support team at Community Behavioral Health who are understanding and working together to help me live my best life. Less
