The gang at Crossfit Sandy welcomed me with open arms! I dropped in while visiting for a granddaughters volleyball tournament. They made the process easy and painless (until the WOD 😅). Kaitlyn made sure I felt like part of the family and found me a workout partner. A box that's been in this business 12 years says a lot. Highly recommend! Cool swag, too. 🏋‍♂️🤙🇺🇲

As soon as we got here I knew this was the place to be. Clean bathrooms are always a good sign and this one even has a gold toilet. Made me feel like a king. In all seriousness the coaches here were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Before we started the Katelyn had everyone briefly get to know each other which was very fun and welcoming. Through the warm up and workout the coaches showed their knowledge and passion for helping people get fitter! 5 stars all around!

Sam and Kaitlyn let me use their gym to learn how to climb a rope for an upcoming competition. It was very clean and organized, and Kaitlyn was so kind. Thank you again for letting me climb the rope, I really appreciate it!

My wife and I were in the SLC area for 20 days adopting our first child and as a person who attends CrossFit classes 5-7 days a week at home in MN, I was looking for a gym to take me in for a few days. All in all, I attended 8 classes at Sandy during my 20 day stay and I greatly enjoyed their kindness, competitiveness, and made me feel at home. If you’re looking to try CrossFit for the first time or just in the area to visit, this is a great option for you!

Can't say enough good about this gym! If you're looking for new friends, you'll find them. If you're looking for knowledgeable coaches, it has them. If you're looking for a judgement-free zone, this is it. I've never laughed so hard, worked out so hard, or had so much fun at a gym. As a bonus, it's super clean, in a great location, and has fun events all the time!

I had been a member here for the last couple years until I recently moved. Crossfit Sandy is a great place and has everything you could hope for in a gym and more. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help you push yourself to your limits, but at the same time they are very supportive and foster a fun environment and sense of community. If you are looking for a gym to join, Crossfit Sandy should be at the top of your list.

Drop in: Coach Hillarie, along with the regular attending athletes, were welcoming and friendly. Hillarie was knowledgeable, and provided some great rowing tips for me. The gym is very clean and tidy, and it was a pleasure to drop in. I'll be coming here any time I visit SLC.
